Looking for an activity the whole family can enjoy? Randi Jo’s Family Yoga and Mindfulness in the Garden welcomes all ages and abilities! We’ll learn fun mindfulness techniques and practice easy yoga poses. Please bring a mat if you have one. Call is free and open to all.
