Meet the Team
It all began with a simple idea—to make mindfulness more accessible to our entire community, not just those who have easy access to it.

Rebecca Brenner, MA, is an author and mindfulness meditation teacher, speaker, and practitioner. She is the president and co-founder of Mindful. Summit County - a nonprofit focused on moving Mindfulness past self-care, into community care. Rebecca created and ran the Mindful Schools program, within the Park City School District and the Weilenman School of Discovery, with the support of the Park City Education Foundation, training over 50 teachers over five years. She taught mindfulness classes at the Live Well Center at Intermountain Park City for six years. She has earned a BA and MA in dance and theatre, and certifications in yoga through the Himalayan Institute, the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers, Mindful Schools, and The Dalai Lama Center for Peace + Education. Weekly, she sits with a Tibetan Buddhist Lama.

Randi Jo Greenberg is a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher and practitioner. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness to adults, kids, and families for over 20 years. She is one of the co-founders of Mindful. Summit County - a nonprofit offering accessible mindfulness classes and trainings. Most of her time is spent teaching teachers and students in the Park City Schools, Kimball Art Center, Basin Recreation, The Shop, the Live Well Center and Utah Olympic Park. Randi Jo co-created and ran the Mindful Schools program, within the Park City School District and the Weilenman School of Discovery, with the support of the Park City Education Foundation, training over 50 teachers between 2016-2021. Randi Jo is certified with Nosara Institute/Omega Institute, Yoginos Yoga for Youth, UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center, Mindful Schools, and The Dalai Lama Center for Peace and Education
